The following video illustrates conducting a paired t-test.
- DATASET USED:
- SPSS OUTPUT CREATED:
- Menus and Steps Used:
- Double-click on the SPSS dataset to open SPSS with that data loaded
- ANALYZE – COMPARE MEANS – PAIRED T-TEST
- Drag pairs into variable 1 and variable 2
- Click OK
- ANALYZE – COMPARE MEANS – ONE-SAMPLE T-test
- Drag DIFFERENCES into the test variable list and set the test value to 0
- Click OK
- Save SPSS output by going to the output and File – Save or by closing SPSS and following the prompts
