  • Comma Separated File – CSV

• SPSS DATASET CREATED:
  • PULSE_CSV.SAV

• Menus and Steps Used:
  • From inside SPSS go to File – Open – Data
  • Choose “Text” from the Files of Type drop-down menu
  • Browse for and open the file
  • Go through the steps to correctly define the file format and import the data
  • Save the dataset into SPSS format by exiting the program and following the prompts to save
